Hi, I'm Isabelle.

A woman with blonde hair smiling outdoors with trees and a grassy area in the background.

I'm a registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT #159954) and Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC #21305) practicing in California. I completed my Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology at Pepperdine University and see clients in person in San Francisco at Compass Family Counseling Services, and virtually anywhere in California.

I work with teens, young adults, individuals, couples, and families navigating anxiety, depression, addiction, self-harm, and relationship and attachment issues. Whatever brings you in, we'll figure out where you want to go and build a plan that actually gets you there. Nothing changes if nothing changes, and that's what we work toward together.

Therapy with me isn't one-size-fits-all. We'll develop your goals together in a way that feels real and sustainable, and I've seen meaningful, measurable progress with the clients I work with, including real reductions in self-harm and symptom severity.

If you're a parent looking for support for your teen or child, you've come to the right place. I work closely with adolescents and the families who love them, and I know how hard it is to watch your kid struggle. Let's figure it out together.

My approach draws from CBT, Attachment Theory, and a Humanistic lens. Sessions are warm, collaborative, and grounded in what's actually going on for you.
